So I haven't posted in a while. Sue me.
So some asshat deleted our ACT! master database yesterday. ACT! is a contacts database we keep all of our manufacturer and client contact info in and info about their prices/discounts etc.
So I had to spend my morning digging through backups until I found one.
Recovering lost data always stresses me out. But at least this time it turned out ok.
Now it's back to staring at the wall for the rest of the day.

I think I'm getting a job...again
looks like I'll be getting some part-time work.
an old friend of my mother's has an opening for a part-time network administrator.
apparently they used to have a full time guy who split and ran off with all their software install discs.
pretty funny...
but I interview tomorrow. looks like I'll get the job
